The Parent Leadership Council exists for families of children in the ESOL program. Topics include, Language Enriched Pupil community and LEP models in Orange County, parents rights and responsibilities, student code of conduct, teaching strategies and parent concerns. Parents will be informed on school policies and may vote on important issues.
